On Friday, July 18, TD Place will open to the public for the first time. Pre-game entertainment and activities are expected to begin at 4p.m. and the REDBLACKS game will start at 7p.m. Activities at Lansdowne are scheduled to conclude at about 11p.m.

Beginning around 4p.m. there will be enhanced transit service and police presence along Bank Street to facilitate public access to the stadium. Ottawa Sports and Entertainment Group (OSEG) will also be operating shuttle buses along Queen Elizabeth Driveway and designated shuttle routes.

There will be special event parking restrictions in place on some roadways to ensure transit operations and emergency access. Signage clearly indicating any changes to parking regulations will be put up prior to the event and will be removed shortly after.

The City will be monitoring traffic operations from its Traffic Control Centre. By-law Services will also have additional staff in the area during the event for enforcement requirements.
